Nomageddon Interactive ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Monster Factory (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store under the package name com.nomageddon.monsterfactory. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. 2.1 Information Collected Automatically

Google Play Games Services: If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive your Google Play Games player ID, display name, and profile image. We use Google Play Games Services for authentication, cloud save functionality (Saved Games), and leaderboards. Google may collect additional data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob automatically collects and processes device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID), IP addresses, device and network information, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information. The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. If you contact us for support, we may collect the information you provide in your communication (such as your email address and the content of your message).

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features, including game functionality, cloud saves, and leaderboards.

6. Data Retention

Game progress data stored via Google Play Games Saved Games is retained in your Google account until you choose to delete it. Local game data is stored on your device and persists until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

Data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is retained according to their respective data retention policies. We do not independently store personal data on our own servers.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the information collected through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
